Had a little try on of my bikinis yesterday to see how much my body has changed since I last wore them 👙 it’s so useful to track your progress through pictures then you can look back and get that drive you need to push yourself further and achieve those goals 👊🏻💪🏼 As a personal trainer my aim is to help people feel happy and healthy in the skin they are in. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a while. It doesn’t look like much but it’s so good. Passion fruit and apricot mixed with Greek yogurt. Topped with oats, chia seeds, coconut sprinkles and some fresh strawberries. 😍

Hello🙆🏻‍♀️ @shoutout_fitnesshub Ich war heute wieder vor der Arbeit beim Sport und weil niemand sonst da war, konnte ich sogar ein Selfie machen😅💪🏻 Meine aktuelle Ernährung sieht im Moment so aus, dass ich 3 Hauptmahlzeit am Tag esse und jeden Abend ein Eis😅 Wirklich, das mache ich jetzt schon seit ein paar Wochen🙆🏻‍♀️ Ich bemerke keine negativen Auswirkungen auf meinen Körper. Im Gegenteil, ich habe überhaupt keinen Heißhunger mehr. Ich hatte früher oft mit Fressanfällen zu kämpfen, weil ich mir alles verboten habe und krampfhaft gesund gegessen habe. Vor allem an Restdays hab ich dann alles in mich reingestopft. Auslöser war meistens nur ein Keks, den ich außerplanmäßig gegessen habe😳😱Dann war der Tag ja quasi schon kaputt. Seitdem ich mir nichts mehr verbiete und vernünftige Mengen esse, hatte ich keine Heißhungerattacke mehr. 80% clean(mit genügend Protein) und 20% verarbeitete Lebensmittel/Süßkram finde ich eine ziemlich gute Orientierung☺️😍 Nach einer Weile sieht man dann auch wie sich die Ernährung auf den Körper auswirkt und man verliert die Angst etwas „ungesundes“ zu essen ☺️Und ich würde mich lieber mehr bewegen, als auf Essen zu verzichten. Bewegt euch also so viel wie möglich im Alltag und gönnt euch dafür in Maßen☺️ Wie macht ihr das? Kommt gut ins Wochenende💗 . You hold the reins...... You set the pace........ You determine the results...... The last 2 months have been gratefully, crazy with ball games, track meets, forensics, booming business jumps, clients...........my crossfit and gym time have been a little non-existent! 🙊Thankful my lifestyle and biohacking product protect my muscle and keep my metabolism on point! (Before I done would have put on 10 pounds by not exercising) Had a great convo with a young lady while I was there about life, going after your dreams and living in your purpose! She wants to travel and help people. At one point she says "You should be a life coach!". I smiled and said "That is what I do!". 💜 Whether with my clients, customers or business partners....life coaching is a huge portion of what I am blessed to do each day! I can finally say that I can fit my jeans I used to wear and that I am finally feeling myself again! This off season I gained a lot of muscle but a lot of fat as well and I am finally leaning out! After that we have protein. 18 % is very significant. You’ve got to make sure you’re getting enough in your diet to satisfy the cellular demands . Rounding out the rest, we have fat, vitamins, minerals and some carbs, which all play their part in maintaining healthy muscle tissue. .
