If you want to... ✔️lose weight ✔️tone/define your muscles ✔️find your happiness and self worth, ✔️become the best version of you I lost 2.25 inches- 1.75 in. from my waist, gained 1.25 inches in my arms and legs and lost 1 pound. I cried when I put these pictures side by side last week. The physical transformation you can see is just a small part of how much I’ve changed over the last 3 months. I’m happier. I’m confident. I’m proud. I view food and alcohol in a new, healthier way. I pushed myself and challenged myself in ways I never have before and overcame challenges and excuses in ways I’ve never done before. I embarked on this journey looking for a physical transformation- I had no idea how much I’d change inside and out. I had no idea that when it was over I’d be so excited to do it again. I didn’t think I’d gain a whole new set of friends who cheer me on and add so much positivity and love to my day. If this sounds like something you can benefit from, message me today!
80/80 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 I wore this shirt intentional. Because that’s what this program is. P O W E R FU L It’ll push you to your limit, but you’ll push past them and find new ones. You’ll want to quit at times, but you won’t. You’ll power through. You’ll find inner strength you never knew you had. Go check out my story to see how I felt prior to pushing play today. I shared the all the feelings I was feeling! Hint hint.. there were tears. ❤️
So much truth to this statement. Discipline is one of the many reasons I was able to stay the course over the last 93 days. I wasn’t always disciplined. In fact, there was a time I used to restart every Monday because my hard work would go down the drain every weekend. There was even a time I’d start on Monday, only to have fallen off track by Tuesday or Wednesday. No, really, I promise. It was one of the darkest points of my life. The good news is discipline can be learned, just like anything else! I’ve learned some tips and tricks to make it easier to get started and to stay on track over the last few years. And even more over the last 3 months. What’s the hardest part of eating healthy and exercising for you? Drop a comment below and I’ll see if I can help! 💕
This picture was taken the last weekend before my journey of focusing on self care, health and fitness began. I expected to see physical changes, but I couldn’t anticipate or imagine the mental changes that would take place, the friendships that would be made or how good I would feel each day. I have 2 workouts left (I started 2 days after most people) and seeing the results come in over the last 2 days make me so proud of each and everyone of us. The results I’ve seen are amazing. No one is the same as they were 3 months ago. We have all changed for the better. And the most amazing part is that no one is finished. Everyone wants to keep going, to see what comes next, to grow stronger and continue improving. Are you ready to join us? My next group starts April 30! That’s plenty of time to get prepared AND transform your life by summer (for those of you wanting a physical transformation). It won’t be easy, but I promise it WILL be worth it! ❤️ Message me for details.
You can do hard things!! This mornings workout was one of the hardest of my life. I pushed myself. It was the last time doing these particularly exercises and I wanted to give it 110%. And I definitely did. I literally gave myself a pep talk in between every move during round 2. Every time I thought “I can’t do this”, I switched it to “I can do this. I will do this. I’ve got this.” And I did. Believe in yourself. Push yourself a little more, a little harder. You can do it too!
It’s an AMAZING feeling to wake up feeling good-inside and out every day! Even on days I’m tired or sore (or both, lol), I still feel good! Ps-I stopped wearing these pants in the fall because they’re not stretchy and weren’t always comfortable. I was able to easily slip them on this morning! I’m gearing up to start my next accountability group! I want to help 5 people this month to begin their journey to feel their best by summer!! Are you ready?
Day 74!! 6. More. Workouts. I can’t believe it!! When I started this journey in January, 80 days felt like an eternity. But it wasn’t. It actually went by pretty fast and next week is going to be bittersweet. Round starts April 30th! If you’re thinking about joining me, there’s still time for you to get ready! Summer will be here before we know, what do you have to lose? 💪🏼
What an amazing day!! The coach stories we heard, the motivating words from Autumn, corporate news, and successful coaches sharing tips and tricks of the trade were all so inspiring. And the workout... there are almost no words. The room was so full of energy! I went nonstop for 30 minutes and felt strong, powerful and badass 💪🏼 I love this community! ❤️
It’s #shoutoutsaturday and I want you all to meet Kayla!!! Kayla is an intervention specialist and works with intensive kiddos. She gives her all every single day, and as a gen ed teacher, I learn SOOO much from her!!! Plus, she’s hilarious! Tap the picture once to follow her, twice to show her some love!
Waking up and feeling amazing every day motivates me to stay on track! Sure, sometimes I want to stray off plan and have a cocktail, I thought about it for a split second last night. And then I remembered how far I’ve come, how good I feel each Saturday and Sunday I’m not hungover and the results I feel and see in the mirror each day! I can stay strong a few more days. I love the mindset shift I’ve had over the last 3 months just as much if not more than the physical transformation! 💕
Happy Friday!!! Make smart choices this weekend. Don’t use the weekend as an excuse to ruin all the hard work you’ve put in this week! I’m going to relax tonight by hanging out with my sister, and going to bed early. Tomorrow I’m going to give myself a manicure and clean! What are you doing this weekend?
I HATE taking progress pictures like this. I never think they come out or look as good as I feel. My stomach is my weak area. It’s the first place I gain weight and the last place I lose. No matter how lean I am, how much weight I lose, muscle I gain, or inches I lose, I always want to improve on my core and stomach. I took this picture in January so I can measure my progress. I intentionally wore tight leggings so I could see the good, the bad and the ugly. My goal is to lose that stubborn belly fat and I AM! I took the picture on the right about 65 days into my journey. Am I where I want to be? No. But I’m super proud of the progress I made so far. This is not the end, this is just the beginning.
Do you listen audiobooks? podcasts? I’ve been listening to podcasts almost daily for about a year now. It’s only been a few months since I started listening to audio books, but I’m hooked! Swipe left to see what I’m currently listening to! And drop your favorite audiobook or podcast below! 👇🏼 I’ll leave some of my favorites in the comments as well!
Since the beginning of the school year I had convinced myself I didn’t have the time or energy to workout more than 30 minutes a day 4 or 5 days a week. Fast forward to January when I committed to working out 60 minutes a day 6 days a week. I. Feel. Amazing. It’s crazy how much our minds can trick us into believing whatever we tell ourselves! I’m finishing up this round and already planning to start up again at the end of the month! Who wants to join me? I promise you won’t regret it!
