Throw back to that one time the gym decided to lower the dumbells to only 100's. So I brought the old school dumbells out where you have to put plates on it and than clip it. 😂

Single arm press machine, kneeled this way to again work on that stability and core muscles. B2. Lean away Lateral raises . C1. Lying cable Upright row C2. Single arm cable rear delts raises . - A1+A2 = superset, back to back. - Did 3 sets of each supersets -60/90s rest between sets. - Aiming for 10 reps for the 1st movement, 12-15 for the 2nd. . Done in around 40mins, then trained arms, video coming tomorrow. . If you only knew how many times I thought I couldn't do a certain exercise or lift/squat a certain weight. Do a certain amount of reps. It can actually be frequently. It can be so automatic for us to support our limiting thoughts. To believe something is impossible before we even try. Sometimes, this belief can prevent us from ever starting That first time we push ourself, or someone else pushes us, to do something that seems impossible, and we finish, not only is it exciting but we create a new pathway in our brain. We now have experience of doing what we thought we couldn't do. And that experience will stay with us. I am where I am today because of pushing myself, or others pushing me, to do what I once thought was impossible. We are powerful BEings. More then we will EVER know. We can do more then we will ever be able to experience. There's always gonna be someone out there that had the same limitation you believe you have, yet they've conquered through it to recieve the result you want. WHY NOT YOU? This is why we have to keep trying. We have to keep pushing ourself. We have to let go of our limitations. We have to tear down our barriers. We have to keep risking the impossible. Because in reality, EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. @fitashmami

After 1.700 kilometers and 34.000 meters of vertical gain since the last performance diagnostics it was about time to check whether my training is going in the right direction. Although my recent training progress indicated that my running skills had improved a lot, the results today went far beyond my expectations. Compared to the results in November, almost every little aspect relevant to the diagnostics improved significantly and I have already reached the goals I’ve set for myself - and there are still 10 weeks of training left until my first key race! The results show that hard work pays off and that I was able to develop a training program for myself that works. I feel ready to go for one of the hardest mountain ultratrail races, the Grossglockner Ultratrail, covering a distance of 110 kilometers and an elevation of 6.500 meters. I originally signed up for the 75k distance but with these outstanding results in my pocket I’ve just informed the race organizer to switch my registration to the main race. Let’s go for it! 👊
