Tonight’s chest workout was unlike any other. Worked from 8-7:45 and was physically and mentally drained, but I knew I had to kill my workout. Little something different for you guys today.. Here’s what my typical upper body warm up routine looks like. I’ll typically start with a 5-10 minute incline walk and throw in some stretches between all these exercises. Really just trying to loosen up my joints and get some blood flowing to the muscles before I start to get into things. I’m not saying this is the ONLY way to warm up, this is just MY way of going about it. Over the years I’ve been training I neglected warm ups every was possible but they really do make a difference, at least for myself. Give this routine a go you’re next upper body day ! All the reps are between 15-20 for those wondering 👌 #ConfessoreConditioning
